are two fundamental pillars of our corporate policy. FILTRATEC’s workplace safety management system was first successfully certified as a safety certificate contractor by the internationally recognised SCC^P back in 1996. 

Workplace safety hazards and health risks are identified in hazard assessments by teams made up of a safety expert, project leader, operators and workers’ council representatives. Hazards arising out of the operational activity and the equipment and materials being used as well as their interaction with the environment are identified and assessed culminating in the definition and implementation of appropriate protective measures.   

In addition, project oriented hazard assessments are carried out before work commencement laying out the task-related risks involved. These form the base of our operating directives and instructions.  

Our training and instruction modules include:
